We produce the night and everything around it. Live event production in New Mexico, plus the content, social and paid programme that runs before and after it.

On site in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Las Cruces. Remote across the United States.

Project fee for the build. Monthly retainer for the programme. Either, or both.

English and Spanish, written by people who speak both.

What we run

A strip of chrome yellow tape marking a spot on dark plywood staging, with a coiled cable beside it

The room

Live event production, on site

We run the room

Run of show · site plan · vendor schedule · crew call · load-out report

The room

We run the room

Run of show · site plan · vendor schedule · crew call · load-out report

Run of show, site plan, venue and vendor coordination, permits and insurance, load-in and load-out, crew on the floor. You get one producer accountable for the day, not five numbers to call when something slips.

The footage

Capture and post, on the day and after

We shoot the day

Shot list · stills · short-form cuts · B-roll · long-form recording · captions

A shot list agreed before doors, capture running through the night against it, then the edit. One event turns into a month of material instead of a folder nobody opens in March.

The flight

Social and paid media, ongoing

We run the spend

Content calendar · community management · Meta campaigns · monthly written read

The calendar, the community management, and the Meta side: audiences, creative rotation, budget and reporting. The footage from your room is the raw material, so the ads are not stock.

How it runs

Most agencies will not tell you what the first call covers, what the turnaround is, or what is outside the scope. Here it is, before you send anything.

An aluminium clipboard on a dark surface holding a blank ruled sheet, a pencil across it and a yellow tape flag on the clip
A section of black aluminium truss with one unlit stage fixture hung from it against a dark wall
An emptied room after load-out, with faint yellow tape marks still stuck to the bare floor

T-minus

The first call

Thirty minutes. We ask what the date is, who the room is for, what has to be true by the end of the night, and what budget band you are working in. You leave with a written scope or an honest referral. There is no deck.

Build

Scope and build

A written statement of work: what is included, what is not, who supplies what, the dates, and the payment schedule. Nothing starts before both signatures, and a deposit holds the date.

Doors

The day

We are on site from load-in to load-out. One producer on the headset running the show, capture working against the shot list you approved.

T-plus

Turnaround

Selects within 48 hours of load-out. The full cut and the first month of assets within ten working days. If we are going to miss a date you hear it before the deadline, not after it.

Cadence

The twelve months after

The calendar is approved before anything posts. Campaigns go live. One written read every month that says what worked, what did not, and what we would change next.

Services

Production

Event production

Corporate and brand events, launches, openings, activations and conferences. Concept through load-out.

Included: run of show, site plan, venue sourcing, vendor management, permits and licensing, insurance coordination, staffing and crew, AV and staging direction, on-site production management, load-out report.

Not included: venue rental, catering, talent fees and third-party vendor costs. These are quoted at cost and contracted in your name, not marked up.

Capture

Content capture and post

Photography and video on the day, cut for the platforms you actually publish on.

Included: pre-agreed shot list, on-site capture, colour and sound, vertical and square cuts, captions in English and Spanish, stills selection, transcript, and the original files.

Not included: music licensing beyond the library we hold, drone operation, and multi-camera live streaming. Each can be added and is quoted separately.

Social

Social media management

The calendar, the posting, the replies. Approved before it goes out, every time.

Included: monthly content calendar, scheduling and publishing, community management and DM response inside stated hours, review monitoring, and a written monthly read.

Not included: paid media budget, influencer fees, and crisis or public-relations response. Posting outside stated hours is arranged in advance.

Paid

Paid social

Meta campaigns built on your own footage, run against a goal you set.

Included: account and pixel setup on accounts you own, audience structure, creative rotation from your own material, budget pacing, and monthly reporting with the recommendation attached.

Not included: the advertising budget itself, which you pay to the platform directly. We do not take a percentage of your spend.

Why Elevate

One brief, one accountable producer

The room and the feed are the same engagement, briefed once and run by the same people. You are not translating between an event shop and a social agency, and neither one gets to blame the other.

You own the raw files

Rights transfer is written into the statement of work before the shoot, not negotiated after it. You receive the originals, not only the exports. Most agencies leave this unsaid, and the default leaves the rights with the person holding the camera.

Turnaround is a number, not a mood

Selects within 48 hours of load-out, full delivery within ten working days, written into your scope. Nobody else in this sector publishes a delivery window, which is exactly why we do.

Both languages, written by people

Captions, copy and community replies in English and Spanish, written rather than machine translated. In New Mexico that is a service line, not an afterthought.

What we do not do

  • We do not take a percentage of your advertising spend.
  • We do not run an event we did not scope.
  • We do not publish anything you have not approved.
  • We do not mark up vendor invoices.
  • We do not show you someone else's results as if they were your forecast.

About the work you cannot see here

Elevate is a new company. There is no client logo wall on this page, no case study, no testimonial and no performance figure, because we have not earned any of them yet and inventing them would be the fastest way to lose you. What is on this page instead is exactly how the work runs, what it includes, what it excludes, what it costs you in time, and what you own at the end. Ask for the first one and you will be the case study.

Questions

Both, and that is the point. Most agencies do one side and hand you a seam. You can also hire either side on its own, and plenty of clients start with one event before adding the programme.

Tell us the date

Send the date, the room and the budget band you are working in. You get a written scope back, or an honest referral if we are the wrong shop.
